The Japan Bakery Show is held within CAFERES JAPAN, Japan's largest cafe, bakery and sweets industry exhibition, organized by TSO International. The 2027 edition takes place July 7-9, 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight East Hall in Tokyo, Japan. The exhibition brings together bakery and confectionery equipment, ingredients and services, connecting domestic and international suppliers with the Japanese foodservice market. Admission is free with visitor registration.
