Horecava is the Netherlands' premier foodservice trade fair, gathering around 60,000 hospitality professionals over four days (11‑14 January 2027) at RAI Amsterdam. The exhibition spans a wide range of categories: Food, Wine, Fast Service, Cold Drinks, Coffee/Tea/Cacao, Bakery & Patisserie, Interior Design, Large‑Kitchen equipment, Cleaning, Recycling, Tech Services and overall hospitality solutions. Dedicated innovation zones include AI Lab, TrendLab, Start‑up Lab, Bartender Theatre and AI‑driven product showcases. The event also hosts competitions such as NK Biertappen, NK Cocktails, NK Koffie and NK Koken, plus the Horecava Awards.
