Critical Care Transport Medicine Conference 2027
The Critical Care Transport Medicine Conference (CCTMC) is an annual four-day event held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, bringing together flight nurses, paramedics, physicians, transport leaders, educators, and industry partners for education and networking focused on critical care transport.
CCTMC 2027 will take place March 21–24, 2027 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, with The Westin Pittsburgh serving as the official conference hotel. The event features expert-led sessions covering practical topics for air and ground critical care transport teams, plus an exhibit hall with up to 35 tables where vendors showcase equipment, devices, and services relevant to transport medicine decision-makers.
Attendees can expect meaningful networking with peers and program directors, real-world clinical education, and sponsor showcases. Registration and exhibitor/sponsor reservations are open, with an exhibitor reservation deadline of February 13, 2027. Group hotel rates are available at The Westin Pittsburgh until February 24, 2027.
