Keynote speakers featured Soul Cole, who presented a wellness program integrating mindfulness, breathwork, and sound healing to boost staff resilience and guest experience, and Michelle Poler, a branding strategist who shared strategies for turning fear into growth. The agenda combined inspirational keynotes, an Owners’ Roundtable, and award presentations, highlighting trends in luxury hospitality wellness, branding, and innovative design.
