Golosaria Milano 2026
Golosaria is Italy's premier agro‑food fair held annually in Milan (Fiera Milano Rho) and the Monferrato region. The 2026 edition runs from 31 October to 2 November and showcases a broad spectrum of culinary excellence. Core exhibits include traditional producers and innovative start‑ups across food and wine, a dedicated Enoteca with 150 wines, master‑classes, and a street‑food zone featuring 15 producers and 50 panettoni varieties. Highlighted culinary shows feature black truffle, edible flowers, and regional specialties such as Speck and Stelvio, presented by renowned chefs. The event also launches the IlGolosario Ristoranti 2026 guide with five unique red crowns, offers a family‑friendly area for interactive food education, and presents the Trofeo Senza Fine cycling trophy.
