Oklahoma Rural Water Association (ORWA)

ORWA is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing technical assistance, training, and resources to water and wastewater system personnel. The association focuses on enhancing the quality of life in rural areas through comprehensive support programs.

Main Programs and Services

• Training: Offers a complete curriculum for water system operators and board members, including Operator Certification, Board Training, and ODEQ Exam preparation.
• Technical Assistance: On-site support for daily operations, maintenance, and management, covering pumps, motors, control valves, water wells, distribution, audits, leak detection, and water/wastewater treatment.
• Financial & Administrative Services: Assistance with billing, bookkeeping, property casualty insurance, workers' compensation, low-interest loans, and emergency response.
