6th Annual Pet Adoption Extravaganza.
Advice for visitors: Bring a leash, a photo ID, and a little patience when you meet animals. This event will have many animals and lots of people, so move slowly and let each animal warm up to you. The 6th Annual Pet Adoption Extravaganza runs for two days, on September 11 and 12, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. There will be more than 400 animals available for adoption, so you will see many kinds of pets. General admission is $5. Kids 13 and under are free with the purchase of an adult ticket. The event is family and dog-friendly, and there will be many fun activities for everyone. Before you adopt, ask questions about the animal's health, behavior, and needs.
